About Me

Hi, my name is Lydia Janasz. I live in Minnesota and have a passion for baking and decorating cakes. As the youngest of six kids, I've grown up in the kitchen cooking and baking. This may come as a surprise but for as long as I can remember I haven't been the biggest fan of cake. However everyone else seemed to love cake and I loved baking cakes.  I enjoy seeing my cakes bring joy to others. On my 9th birthday I remember getting my first set of decorating tips and frosting bags from my mom, I was so excited to decorate my own birthday cake. I continued baking and decorating and in 2018 my brother asked me if I could make his wedding cake. I then began promoting and selling my cakes and cupcakes. I've had the honor to be a part of so many happy moments in peoples lives; weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.  I wouldn't trade it for the world. I hope I can help celebrate the moments in your life that bring you joy and make the world a little sweeter!!
